United States Shipping...
We ship our products Fed Ex ground, typically from 10 to 15 business days of your order. This may not always be the case for special orders or when a high volume of orders cause back ups in construction. Shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the unit(s) you ordered. Shipping prices for each unit are listed on the product information page.
International Shipping...
We are now excepting orders for International and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that you will have to contact us with your order, rather than order through our website, so that we may obtain exact shipping fee's.
Refunds... (PRIOR AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 DAYS of receipt regarding a refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all packaging intact. Please include the reason for the return. When your return is processed, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
If you should receive defective or damaged merchandise it has to be reported to us within 3 DAYS and the merchandise has to be shipped back within 7 DAYS of the report. After this time all sales are considered final. Once we have received the defective/damaged unit, we will ship a replacement.
Billing...
Due to the nature of our product, we do process credit cards upon receipt of order. This allows us to obtain the materials required for your custom order. This also validates the availability of funds, and guarantess that you will be placed on our order schedule.
